This document (together with any other documents referred to in it) governs the conditions under which this Website is used and information, quotations and services are requested through it (hereinafter, the Conditions).
In addition to reading these Conditions, before accessing, browsing and/or using this website, the User must have read the Legal Notice, including the cookie policy and the privacy and data protection policy. The specific conditions of each installation or service (scope, equipment, price, delivery times and warranties) will be those set out in the quotation or contract accepted by the User, which will prevail over the general information published on this Website.
The equipment supplied carries the warranty established by law. The warranty conditions for each installation will be detailed in the corresponding quotation or contract.
Unless otherwise provided by law, no liability will be accepted for the following losses, regardless of their origin:
Accordingly, the obligations will be suspended for as long as the force majeure event continues, and the time for performing them will be extended by a period equal to the duration of the force majeure event. All reasonable means will be used to find a solution that allows the obligations to be performed despite the force majeure event.

Likewise, if a dispute arises from the relationship between GORGON TECNOLOGIA S.L. and the User, the User, as a consumer, may request out-of-court dispute resolution in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
