Notwithstanding the foregoing, in accordance with Spanish legislation, for any matters that may arise in relation to these General Conditions the courts and tribunals of the applicable domicile shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with Article 52 of the Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil (Spanish Civil Procedure Act) or any replacement rule applicable from time to time.
